We have never been more connected.
We have never felt more disconnected.

Modern Alchemy — the art of transformation.
Allow what has always been within you to emerge.
Rooted in Nature.
The most advanced technology we have is
Expressed through three interconnected worlds.
Bespoke paths of profound transformation.
Nature made tangible.
Designed for return.
Every journey is unique.
The destination is always the same.
Your Self.
Through carefully curated experiences, we help people remember who they are beneath conditioning, reconnect with their nature, and create from that place.
When the body clears, the mind clears with it.
Healing begins when interference ends.
Before the deeper work — and, for many, as the work itself — the ground is cleared. We begin by removing interference in the body — before, or in parallel with, the work with the mind: heavy metals and environmental toxins, parasites, the residue of modern life and the noise of the digital. Through functional testing, botanical protocols, nutrition, and nervous-system regulation — always with natural compounds — we clear what stands in the body's way, helping it release what no longer serves, so its own intelligence can resume its work.
The most literal alchemy — we don't add, we remove.
As above, so below. As within, so without.
The complete return.
Satori — in Zen, the instant of waking to one's own nature.
A Path of Return, shaped entirely around the person — its duration, depth, and content never fixed. It moves, in its own time, from clearing what interferes, through the deepest transformational work, to the quiet return home to oneself.
It can be undertaken in two ways. Privately, one to one — a journey held in complete confidence, at its own pace. Or within a small group — an immersion over several days, the practice surrounded by bespoke experiences, shared with a few others crossing the same threshold.
Where the work moves into non-ordinary states, it is always held by specialized, trained therapists. Every stage — preparation, transformation, and the integration that follows — is accompanied with care, and with the greatest devotion.
What matters is not the experience — it is how it is lived afterwards.

Two have grown from our own work:
Return Breath — our breathwork: a practice blending the ancient wisdom of Pranayama with contemporary, neuroscience-derived breath techniques. Movement, breath, music, and stillness woven together to regulate the nervous system, release what's held, and prepare the ground for deeper work. The practice is not the breathing itself — it's the space between: activation and surrender, movement and rest, doing and being.
AENZŌ Flow — our movement system. The body expresses what the mind cannot; movement becomes a path of return to ourselves, through the body. Natural, functional patterns drawn from yoga, martial arts, and primal locomotion: a simple daily practice that builds strength and freedom of movement, and releases the tension and trauma the body stores in fascia and organs. In time, it becomes embodiment — a return to living in the body.
A third reaches the deepest ground:
Holotropic Work — from the Greek, moving toward wholeness. The careful use of non-ordinary states of consciousness to reach the psyche's own healing intelligence — the deeper layers where lasting change begins. Approached through breath, sound, and, where lawful and clinically held, psychedelic-assisted work, in the transpersonal tradition of Stanislav Grof. It is never entered alone: every session is held by certified therapists who specialize in non-ordinary states — rigorously trained, deeply experienced, and chosen with care. The state opens the door; the healing is in what it reveals.
Around all three, the work draws on somatic release, nervous-system regulation, and Botanical Intelligence.
Where psychedelic-assisted approaches form part of the work, they are offered only where lawful, under appropriately licensed medical or clinical supervision, and never administered directly by AENZŌ outside of a licensed setting.
AENZŌ journeys are offered as personal-development and wellbeing experiences and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
Companions, not shortcuts.
Nature embodies intelligence.
We are an expression of it.
For as long as we have sought healing, plants have walked beside us — working alongside our body's intelligence, not overriding it.
Adaptogens, medicinal herbs, fungi, and cannabinoids — rooted in ancient wisdom, refined by modern science.
Almost all are spagyric extracts: prepared entirely by hand, by master alchemists, in small batches, made to order. The spagyric art separates each plant into its essences, purifies them, and reunites the whole — so none of its intelligence is lost. Modern alchemy, rooted in nature.
More is restored than extracted.
Available through select practitioners, clinics, and the AENZŌ network. For bespoke formulations, by conversation.
AENZŌ botanical formulations are wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical care.
It is already within you.
Our minds create the world. But before that, our world creates our minds.
The physical manifestation of AENZŌ.
Spaces designed for healing, embodiment, creativity, connection, and return.
Malveira. Built as nature. Coming 2027.
Beginning with Lisbon. Zurich and Berlin to follow.
Architecture. Stone. Ocean. Silence.
AENZŌ is not one person's practice. Behind it stands a collective — healers, physicians, therapists, and alchemists, each with a lifetime in their field, gathered around a single conviction: the body already knows how to heal, and our work is to remove what stands in its way.
Between us we carry decades of combined experience across natural medicine, healing arts, and human transformation — physicians and neuroscientists, therapists and master alchemists, yogis and spiritual teachers, practitioners of Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, and specialists trained in the transpersonal tradition of Stanislav Grof. Everything we offer — natural medicine, and, where lawful, psychedelic-assisted approaches — is held within responsible clinical frameworks, in close work with clinics and physicians. This work is never improvised, and never held by anyone less than a master in their field.
Rooted in Switzerland.
When we return to ourselves, something begins to emerge naturally.
Meaning. Purpose. Art. Music.
Leadership. Entrepreneurship. Contribution.
Artists. Musicians. Writers. Founders. Builders — and the people with whom we bring them into the world.
A place to belong. A place to create.
This is not another offering. It is what the House exists for.
I didn't set out to create AENZŌ.
I was trying to understand why I survived.
At twenty-two, a near-fatal motorcycle accident left me with severe brain and spinal injuries. The doctors told me I would never fully recover. Today, I understand that accident as an initiation — into a lifelong exploration of the nature of healing.
What followed was a long road back into life: years of debilitating pain, and the slow, uncertain work of healing my wounds. Somewhere in the depths of it, I made myself a promise: if I ever healed — if I ever lived without pain — I would share what I had learned along the way.
Healing began with the body. My brain injuries had disrupted some of its most fundamental processes. I learned to support it in what it had forgotten how to do: detoxify, build hormones, and regulate its immune system — through nature. I began witnessing, in real time, what could happen when the body was given the conditions to restore itself.
Cannabinoids and psilocybin became part of that journey. They opened possibilities beyond what conventional medicine had offered me, and transformed my understanding of consciousness, trauma, and healing.
What had helped me, I wanted to make possible for others. That led me to help pioneer medicinal cannabis in Switzerland.
Along the way, I studied whatever brought healing. The paths that helped me most — meditation, martial arts, yoga, breath, somatic therapy, transpersonal psychology, and Eastern philosophy — each one revealing the next.
But the greatest teacher was never any single discipline. It was the pattern beneath them all:
Healing takes root when we restore the conditions for the body's own intelligence to do its work.
Eventually, I understood that the purpose I had been searching for was always in front of me. It was the path I walked to heal, and everything I learned on the way.
The way appears as you walk it.
That became AENZŌ. Not another method, but an ecosystem designed to help people return to their nature — and remember the medicine they already hold within.
AENZŌ is my attempt to keep that promise.
Not only to help people heal, but to help them return to themselves — so they can create, contribute, and serve from their own nature.
My vision is for AENZŌ to become a place of belonging and reconnection — a place where people come together to heal, play, create, and build; rooted in nature, guided by compassion, and supported by technology that serves life.
A place where another way of living is not only imagined, but embodied together.
We've built a House of Return.
If something in you remembers, you're welcome.
